The first step in registering for the course would be to go to the link above to U Penn’s Liberal and Professional Studies web site. They have more information, a Frequently Asked Questions page, and you can fill out their Course Detail Request form if you like. If you don't hear back from them right away, try emailing them at lps-commons "AT" sas "DOT" upenn "DOT" edu.
